Terms of Service
* Commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, banners, social media posts). If you are interested in commercial use please let me know as pricing will be different.
* When posting/reposting on any social media platforms, please tag and give credit to @JStorm-art
* I own all rights to my work. DO NOT use my art for any A/I purposes. I am allowed to post artwork to my socials and use it in my portfolio unless previously requested otherwise.
* I have every right to decline a commission.
* The time frame for commissions is a minimum of three (3) weeks unless major edits are requested. Rush orders can be asked for but might incur additional fees. Updates can be asked for, but please do so in a polite manner. Any foul or otherwise uncalled-for language may result in a cancellation with a partial refund (I will be keeping 50% of the total payment given).
* Listed prices are base prices. Please understand that they may increase depending upon complexity.
* Visual references are very encouraged and appreciated. If said references are a collection of images and ideas that need to be pieced together I am more than happy work with you to make it perfect.
* Furries, Otherkin, and Systems welcome. NSFW disclaimer: if kintypes or headmates are celebrities/public figures I am still willing to draw it but please refrain from posting it to any social platforms.
Payment
* I require half up front (50%) before I begin working on the sketch. Once approved I require the remaining balance before sending an un-watermarked version of the finished product. Sketched commissions must be paid in full before I begin working on them.
* If you should need to cancel for any reason after the initial sketch is complete but before the finished product is completed, half (50%) of the initial deposit will be returned to you.
* Should I feel at any part of the process that I'm unable to complete the work requested I will issue a full (100%) refund.
Process
* Upon starting, I will send progress images for approval and/or revision. Once the initial sketch is approved, refunds may not be requested unless issued by me.
* Throughout the process, I allow an infinite number of minor revisions. Major revisions (such as a pose change, outfit change, etc.) requested after approval of the initial sketch may incur an additional fee.
* Once the remaining balance has been paid and the artwork has been finalized and accepted, I will send a watermarked version for posting purposes and a non-watermarked version for personal use. No physical product will be delivered.
